[QUOTE="plumbcrazy, post: 16291325, member: 195598"] I did not start it or drive it. It's in the showroom. and I didn't feel like I was serious enough on that particular day to ask them to pull it out. Full disclosure- I'm a car guy , but not an expert on cars. I had a friend with me who has owned half a dozen Terminators and is the original owner of the only Satin Silver Saleen Terminator vert made in 2003- we were all over and under that car for more than an hour- literally. If I were serious about the car, I was going to spend $500 to have it dissected by a true expert, but the one thing that bothered me was the drivers side front fender not lining up perfectly ( no, not the usual misalignment), and the rubber seal on the drivers side top windshield frame seemed slightly pinched( more than the other side)- These are production cars, and I'm picking it apart like it's handmade, but to me, these things count for something. We checked the entire left front and didn't see any sign of repair, and the paint doesn't look mismatched or repainted in any way- we didn't have a gauge btw. It looks entirely as new, but maybe a "Monday Morning fender alignment"? Before I reined myself back in,I was going to try to buy the car....... Pricing- They were asking $34,995 until 2 weeks ago ( they first listed it in Dec. 2018) I've been looking at these things for a year, and half of them are still for sale from 6-8 months ago. I think ( except CO maybe), top dollar for these cars like this one is $26-27ish. People asking $30+ will have their cars all winter imo. They're just not there yet. That's my take.Good Luck!!!!
