WTB: '99-'02 White L. in MI

I lost my '95 Mustang GT in a fire in January and I'm looking to replace her with a Lightning. I would like a '99-'02 white L. I really only want to spend around $15K and not a cent more than $20K. I'm going to buy one in the next month or so. I hope you guys can help me out. :-D
