WTB: Clean Notch or LX Hatch

Im located in NJ and will travel some, but nothing crazy. Im looking to pick up a nice notchback or LX. I dont want any projects, junk or full blown race cars. Im looking for something along the lines of a street/strip car.

Would prefer black or white but will consider others. Not looking to spend more then $7k. I want something i can drive everyday if need be.

Sent you a message. Looking to get rid of a car I was going to use for a project. Its a 93 LX Notch 4cyl with 5spd. Runs and drives, comes with Welds. Very clean interior, the paint has some sun damage in random spots, but I was planning on dipping the car. No panel damage or rust.
