Does anyone know how Ford upp'd the compression on the Voodoo? Was it shallower piston dish or combustion chamber or both?
Given that the Coyote heads have compatible dimensions and port shape/sizing (the 350 intake works on Coyotes) I would think a cheaper and easier solution would be to get a set of Coyote heads and have them built out with premium components. That and you might run into compression changes if the 350 head combustion chambers are smaller volume.
