i want a set of black 99 style wheels. i have the stock 01 wheels on my truck that have the normal wear and tear. i would like to trade for the 99 style wheels but black rather they are painted or powder coated. i can throw in some cash too... let me know what you got. and no sorry i dont want the 03-04 ones.
