xxr 521. correct backspacing for sn?

Been lookin at these wheels and another set made by A Spec wheels. Seems like offset isnt like the typical mustang rim. They have 18x8.5 with 25mm offset in front and 18x10 with 25mm offset. Im afraid they will have that sucked in look, is it going to sit flush? If wheel spacers are needed to have them sit right are they goin to be small enough to use stock studs? Any help would be great.

I was thinkin 255/35/18 & 295/35/18. I have eibach sportlines with all the iso's and bilstein's
