I've done several searches, but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I'm running a ported Eaton with stock pullies. The rest of my setup is a filter, long tubes, full exhaust and 91 octane gas here in Iowa. Since a ported Eaton is roughly equivalent to to two extra pounds of boost, do I need to get this thing tuned or will I be o.k. with the factory tune? Thanks in advance for the info.

You'll be fine, the factory tune is pig rich.
strap it on a dyno or use a portable wideband in one of your rear 02's. chances are youll be running 11.5-11.8 which is fine
