your opinion on Stroker motors.......

Don't think you'd wanna run a stroker everyday. We've already got a 4.25 inch stroke as it is. Anything more, I'd question the longevity.

Big bore, Darton wet sleeves if anything. As Rob, mentioned, our trucks are "strokers" already.

dont think they make the crank at a reasonable price any more. but jlp stated that he usally saw 80ft/lbs or torque over his normal 5.4's. we had built one for linns truck but it made its way into the guy with the redfire and sonic blue lightning. its a nasty motor able to handle what ever you wanted to throw at it.

if i had endless funds id like to try a stroked 4.6 and spin the living shit out of it

I know somewhere, where you can get a 5.8L short block for 5299.00, and that includes a brand new 04 block, BILLET Crank, and Rods and Forged pistons. :beer: :beer:
