Stay with the tr6ix with your 2.76" upper. Until you start spraying the eaton or go with a twinscrew(17+psi) the tr6ix is a good plug.

Ditto except I think you meant the TR7IX on the second sentence.

No I should have put a comma. I meant to say keep the tr6ix until you go to spray the eaton or twinscrew(17+psi) bad grammer on my part. Then I would step up to a tr7ix.

so i guess i should switch from my current NGK iridium TR6's to the TR7's when i go to the twinscrew??--at 17psi

Been running the 7IXs now for a while with no problems. I get a little stumble at idle but no big deal, car cruises nice. It used to stall with the stock plugs. I like the idea of a cooler plug and it's not like it's that hard to take the plugs out of a Cobra if you want to clean them.

There's no reason not to run the TR7IX in even just a pullied car. I've been running them for a while 20k+ (10k per set) with my ported Eaton 2.8/2lb with no problems, no fouling, great idle and driveability, gapped .035.

NGK tech told me to run TR7ix gapped at .035" with 17lbs boost, mods in sig.
