If you're concerned about value I'd keep looking. That car had a KB and other modifications on it...these kinda cars are only valuable in 100% stock form. But it is still a rare car. I think they only made a few hundred (maybe even less) Saleen Cobras.

Very nice looking car. Mileage very reasonable. Continue to seek out as much info on it as possible. Any Cobra that has been extensively modded (engine) brings questions of how much it was raced, how hard it was driven, etc. Do a CarFax and Oasis of course, but don't expect to be guaranteed that you'll find out everything about the car. They only tell you what was reported. Nice mods for sure. How is the asking price on the car?

I Imagine that it came with the chrome 18's from Saleen.
