This graph shows our latest design for the M112 Cobra Eaton Supercharger the 03 and 04 Cobra mods are: Stiegemeier Stage 5 Combo , Under hood CAI (un-shrouded), 2.76 upper pulley, .100 Idler, Gates Belt K080740, notched tensioner, NGK TR6 plugs gapped @ .038, Cat delete, Jim Stiegemeier SCT 93 Octane Tune., boost was 14#s.

The Horsepower numbers are great, but the Torque numbers speak for there selfĺs. 503 at 3550 RPMĺs , Not much off from a 2# Lower reading. The throttle response noticeably IMPROVED in and out of gear.

Jim Stated it was the strongest upper pulley only Eaton he has ever drove on the Dyno Jet (Jim does the tuning and also drives.)

Stage 5 orders will require a 1 day added turnaround time. Everything going out as of mid summer has been a Stage 4+. The Stage 4+ is a great mod at a very moderate price, HP per dollar. The Stiegemeier Stage 5 and 5+ are for those who desire the ULTIMATE Eaton upgrade on Planet Earth!

Without revealing your secrets, can you elaborate on what has been done on the stage V to assist with the torque increase?

We have made several changes and included a tq plate,
We do not change the tune once we start testing.
Our Cobra test Car has a stock fuel system except the MAF

The Stage 5 and 5+ at 16#s of boost maxed out on fuel at the top end.
I am in the process of re-working Stock Injectors for a low cost alternative(more on this later). This is why we are still working with a MAF only.

Thanks

I'm looking to go with a ported eaton and I currently have a Accufab single blade and their plenum on the stock eaton. Would I need to send you the Accufab TB and Plenum for the stage 5+. And I'm not understanding the "Welding" part of this. Could you or anyone explain it a little better.

I was also wondering what the IAT 2 temps are on this stage 5+. Did you guys run with datalogging the IAT temps yet? It would be interesting to see what they are with a stock heat exchanger.

Can't wait til I get my Eaton setup, definitely be dropping it off for a Stage 3 or 4 port. Another good thing is the fact that you are only like 20 mins from me.

What is going on at 4k RPM? where there is a slight power loss there? Also AFR is way too lean IMO. why is that?

nice numners from stock eaton though!
