Mmmmm Rib Eye.

I agree, can't beat that flavor! If I'm solo, I'll cook up a bone in, or order it if we're out. Little mouths get boneless tonight!

I think a bottle of red is in order...
Rice pilaf, corn and steamed broccoli(not pictured) to compliment the protein. 3 of 4 on a 15 inch platter... the 4th was devoured before it could be plated. I live with savages.

last night was the company Christmas BBQ - ribs, chicken, green beans, collards (they forgot the damn pepper sauce though), sweet potato casserole.

those guys do some of the best ribs though, they spray em down with a seasoning solution, no sauce.
