What's For Dinner Thread

My dad was a chef, and traditionally our family would serve mint jelly with the lamb. It's old school. Top restaurants will typically serve lamb chops with wine reduction sauce or garlic/rosemary. Just like I enjoy my pork chops with apple sauce, or fresh cranberry sauce with my turkey meat. Most kids born in America (I'm one, born n bred) grow up eating shitty and uncultured. I think by helping to "sweeten up" certain meals, that we were spoiled with and fortunate to have growing up, it expanded our tastes for different cuisines. Some people like sweet and sour pork, some don't, to each their own.

Pork tenderloin with Mac and cheese and fresh tomatoes. Damn was it good.
Used a hot sauce I bought in NOLA when we where. It was kick ass, gonna have to have STAMPEDE3 send me more.

I used to eat this with chicken, but I honestly like this without.

Everything is home made with the exception of the cranberry sauce.
I will try my own cranberry sauce next time.

Too many items to list, but some of them were, Prime Rib, bacon wrapped scallops, some fish dish which included scallops, crab meat and some other fish, topped with cheddar cheese and parsley.
