You're talking about 2 completely different cars between the GT500 and 350 or R. The R will always be rarer and produced in smaller quantities so the price will hold up better. Personally I am looking for a 350R and am willing to pay $25K-$30K over since that's the going rate and I don't see it going down any time soon. Want crazy ADM's? See what happens with the New Ford GT. IF you were approved to get one I have heard about dealers charging $100K over or more so that makes it a half million dollar car. It is what it is. Can't argue with Mr. Market.
Let's just look at the svt mustang platform over the last 25 years.... specially the "R" models and the volume made..... what they sold for from the dealers and what they sell for today... with very low miles. If one feels the need to pay 25k adm for 16/17 gt350r then go for it.... there will be around a thousand of them out there by the end of summer. They will be selling close to msrp with very low miles in a year. You're talking about 2 completely different cars between the GT500 and 350 or R.
