you missed the overall point of my post , I don’t wanna stop that many times period. Also it takes more time then 5 mins to fill up at a gas station. Be realistic
Took me about 6-7 min to fill up 16 gallons last week. Not sure which pump you're going to that takes 30+ min.

Also, even if there's a line at a gas station, cant imagine taking longer than charging an EV at a fast station. Even worse, a line at an EV station lol

Back to CT's, I have seen probably around 10-15 of these things in the past week in LA.

Looks like its soon to be a common vehicle like the rest of the Tesla cars. More Tesla douchebag drivers *sighs* considering BMW/Prius drivers are trading it for those lol

If you have a line at the EV charger, the wait is calculated in hours, not minutes.

There's a Supercharger station on the 10 at Cabazon, on the way to Palm Springs. SoCal people know what I'm talking about. 16 chargers. When I drive by the line is always 15-20 cars deep onto the freeway.

I haven't driven to Vegas recently, so I'm not sure what the lines are like in Barstow or Baker.

Was in Big Bear in February, only Superchargers I saw were 5 in a small parking lot. We were eating there for around 45 minutes and several of the cars hadn't even made it to the stations yet. And the spots were definitely not big enough for a CT or F150 Lightning.

Living in Orange County with short commutes and most people having garages to charge at home, an EV is a passable daily driver. But take one on any longer trip or vacation; absolutely not.

Out here we have an outdoor shopping center full of stores, restaurants, etc..., along with a section of the parking lot cordoned off for tesla chargers. You'll see someone charging their vehicle (sometimes sleeping in it) as you first arrive and even after finishing at a restaurant, guess what is still there charging? All I can do is laugh when someone attempts to list the virtues of charging a vehicle. There are none.

It's a mystery why anyone would tolerate that destruction of their time.
