i wanna get some cams on mine but wich ones are best?

Comp Cams makes some good ones. They've been around forever. For a terminator, I think only Comp Cams and Crower do aftermarket cams. I may be wrong. You can always get a custom grind cam

how hard was the install of the cams? did u take it to someone to get it done? do u need a tune if u run the comp stage 3 cams?

My engine was being rebuilt when I had the cams installed. There is no way I would even think about doing it on my own or trying to do it at my house. You will need a tune with the cams. Comp cams recommends bigger injectors, mass air meter, beehive valve springs, high gear ratio. The valve springs are a must and so is a MAFia. I didn't do the gears or injectors, you really don't need to

sounds so good... would you have done the cams and head work if you didnt need or plan a rebuild?

I would not have done the cams and head work alone. I got the engine rebuilt so it would last once the 3.4 Whipple goes on. The heads were torn apart for the head work so I only had to pay for the cams and springs and no additional labor charges. I'm glad I did it all at once
