In a Nutshell, the HOA illegally towed my 69 Camaro after I parked in the same spot for 28 hours for which it was towed for violation of the 72 hour Towing rule.
There reasoning to tow me was they said Parking for more than 72 hours in a Permit Parking Space without moving your car is considered storage.
Moving a vehicle every 72 hours from one space to another space, with the intent to circumvent this parking limit is prohibited and essentially is considered to be parked at the same spot continuously.
