no answers in the Mach1 section so.....

I'm looking to buy a set of 17x10.5 FR500's for the rear and 17x9 for the front.

Do I have to worry about any rubbing?

Also what is the widest tires i can put on 9 and 10.5in? and what spacers would I need?

FYI: Mach1 = solid rear before I get people talking about IRS

with a solid you have to worry about the tire rubbing the quad shock. one time i have seen it rub the exhaust on a friends car('96 gt), but his exhaust for some reason bent around the gas tank differently than i have seen before. anyway, for the wuad shock you can flip it 180° so that the fatter end will be mounted on the end where the skinnier used to be. this will make some clearance since the tire rubs the fatter part of the shock. you can also just take them off, but you'l probably want aftermarket CA's. i run the UPR upper and lower ca's w/ no quad shocks. i have no rubbing w/ my 10.5 rears at all.

no on a solid axle car, 10 or 10.5 inch wheels will be fine. for a 17x10.5 inch wheel go with a 315/35/17 and for a 18x10 go with a 295/35/18

For a 9 inch front go with a 255/40 or 275/35, also if you go 18s you can try 265/35
