It is one of those things you tell yourself that you will never do, yet, like so many others, here I am. I have 4 children now and I just don’t seem to drive this thing much these past few years. I just think I am ready to move on to a new car and start fresh. I am the third owner and have owned this car for close to 14 years and it was 100% stock when I got it. Many people have seen its videos on the internet and it has been a feature car in 5.0 Magazine (July 2007). Car has 114k on the odometer. I bought it with 79k on it I believe. (2500 a year roughly). The speed cable was removed when I installed the powerglide, but I have less than 300 miles on it myself.

I can provide a 3-ring binder with 14 years in receipts. Car is really fast, has run a best of 10.10@138 at 8 psi. That was with an AWESOME 1.5 60 foot, so yeah, it has a bit more in it. I know it will do over 140 trap if you ride it out. It made 662/645 at only 9 psi and 16* of timing. Have clear title in hand of course.

What does it need? Well, if you don’t want to get kicked out of the track every time you go, it needs a cage. I could never bring myself to do it. It needs a tune. I have my old tune from last year in it, so the car will run and drive WITHOUT issues, but I am un-willing to race on it. Car will come with a DFI Gen 7. I have tested it to good working order, but have not installed it. Figured there was no more point in trying to work with the stock computer.

The motor is freshly rebuilt as of this spring (2013). Has about 4 miles on it. The GT-45-88 is brand new as well

The Bad? There are your typical rock chips on the front. 3 small dents on the driver side (I really do love my kids). Rear bumper has a paint mismatch and a bit of webbing. Passenger Taillight housing has a crack. All of this was there when it was photographed for 5.0 magazine. But in overall, it is in great shape, getting harder to find fox body’s this well off.

Price? I was going to put it up to start at $16.5k. But I am willing to work with you as I am motivated to sell. Could take some money off depending on which rims you want. Cheapest with the Tri-Bars, most for the Billet’s. Don’t want the DFI, etc.

Trades? I am mainly intrested in 03-04 Cobras and C5 Vettes of equal value. Would consider things like Lightnings, GTO's, G8's. Things like that. I am really not intrested in 2V Mustangs and F-Bodys. I would trade up, but dont really have the cash on my end to do so.

I added a video in the first post, which I took in Dec. of 2013. Just click on my channel to see some of my older videos.

I bought it from a town called Park Layne, OH and he was the 2nd owner. He told me the car came from Florida.
