I think you'd be happy with one. It will put you in your seat in 1st if your use to 4bangers' torque. Not bashing, but with gears and everything you'll have a pretty stout car with the 2v.

But it wont just stop with gears..... :)

Love mine but it has turned into a money pit! But it's nice to have 400RWHP and torque to match!...:D I was happy with it bone stock. Get a GT slap a 50-75 shot in it and let it be.

I love my 02, i bought it brand new and just have magnaflows and a pro 5.0 shifter. The ride is pretty goo, and if you get one fully loaded you get a 6 disc cd player, leather , power everything cruise control and ac. I have never had one issue with it either, except for the th3650 1 to 2 shift grind, but that only in freezing weather, and if you know what your doing, you can shift it with out so much as a tick. GOod luck.

Wrong. I went 13.62 @ 100 mph in my 2001 GT stock. ;-)

Time slip was posted here SEVERAL times. The car was stock and several Z28.com frequenters can attest to that. I can't help you if you want "proof" since there is no way to prove the car was STOCK in Jan 2002 when I did this. The car is not stock now as you can see by the sig, so I can't go back there. However, if you know anything about track times and MPH you also know 100 flat is not out of stock 2V territory. ;-)
