I don't see why not. The stripes are a smooth surface. As long as you follow the install instructions and properly prep the surface, it should bond not problem.

I was worried about the stripes peeling from this process or under the stress of the plate.

Great! Are you talking about the Adhesion Promoter? Just one wet coat where the mounting base will attached and let it cure. Once you get the mounting base stuck, you can wipe away the excess adhesion promoter off the bumper with the alcohol pad.

Is there a "no Drill" bolt-on option? Like it connecting to bolts on the inside of the bumper cover?

I don't sell a bolt on option for the 2015. I think the stow and go bolts down low on the underside of the bumper cover around the splitter area.
