315 nittos vs 315 MT et drag

I know that the nittos dr will fit a 9 in stock rim but my question is will the MT fit as well. Wanted to go with MT but didnt like the look of the P275. Sorry if its a dumb question. I have used P275 MT in the past and had great experience with them. But i like the look of the 315 MT. Any help would be great. About to buy tires. But just need this question answered. No. Not safely. The nittos run narrow which is why you can get away with it. MTs are a lot wider.
