Get a good set ceramic pads; like the factory pads. Dusty pads leads to noise and squeaks. The oriley e best ceramic have changed this year and leave a lot of dust.
I would choose motorcraft over the hawk pads because of dust.
Napa makes a good set of ceramic pads.
Unless you have black rims. Go ceramic.
The thermo quiets shed dust too!
Too bad brake best changed their compound used to be the best!

I bought a set of Hawks ceramics for my '03 in October. Minimal dust, no noise, and stopping is great. My wheels are white, so I can see dust from 79 feet away.

With the stock pads I had to wipe the dust off the wheels after every drive. With the new pads I can drive it for a week to equal the amount of dust the stock ones made in one drive.
