5-lug conversion question

I got my front converted to 5-lug and I'm getting ready to start out back.

My question is, can I reuse my rear brake hoses or do I need to get new ones?

I'm thinking since my '93 already has Varga calipers out back, my current hoses should (might?) work with the sn95 stuff I'm about to put on...is this an incorrect assumption?? What did you guys use?
