99-01 Cobra Front Bumper w/ Fogs

I have a 99-01 Cobra front bumper that's painted mineral gray.
I bought this for my car when I broke the tabs off my bumper, but lucky for me my buddy fixed it for me so no need for this one.
Sorry for the crapy pic and the bumper is covered in pollen I'll clean it up and get better pics.

Looking to get $300 and prefer not to ship unless you deal with all the shipping arrangements. Im located in Houston
