I know there used to be at least 2 options for aftermarket K-members that fit with the stock oil cooler, but last I checked was a few years back, what are the current options for aftermarket Ks that allow stock oil cooler usage?

I have a upr and no issues here.
I run UPR, no issues. It’s tight with the filter but can be done. Instructions say you need remote filter but you don’t.
My brother runs AJE no issues.

Steeda clears on the off chance you can find a used one
UPR here and like mentioned above filter can be tight depending on which one is used.
How is it with the FL-820S?
If I remember right it’s a little close when first putting it on but they work.
I’m glad to hear that. I have been hesistant to go aftermarket due to this very reason. I guess I’ll look into UPR for my 2023 winter project
I have used stock and BMR a arms and both took some effort to get them in.

Griggs racing k member no problem
Here’s my UPR K with 820S filter. Tried getting different angles so you can see the clearance. Like I said before, it’s tight but does fit without a relocation kit. I have my K member spaced down 3/8” so the blower elbow doesn’t rub on the hood. Excuse my OCD, writing the mileage on my filter.

I just installed a BMR standard tubular k-member and I also have plenty of room with the factory oil cooler assembly. They got a pretty bad rep with their premium more heavily braced k-member not fitting well, but I didn't have any issues with my standard one.
