Just curious if having "off-road" mods is a violation in most jurisdictions. I just looked at the carbon fiber link in another forum and the advertisement stated, "Intended for off-road use only". I'm under the impression, "off-road" is strictly racing. True? But would it be a safety violation to have a carbon fiber hood, with hood-pins, installed on an '03 Cobra? Thanks in advance.
