Anyone know a good tig welder in north Dallas area?

Hey everyone, does anyone know a good tig welder in the north Dallas area that can modify my coolant crossover for me? Going single turbo and need it to sit higher. Also, if anyone out there knows of a modified one for sale, please let me know. Thanks.
