Thinking of getting a little more powa. 16psi right now on stock tvs 2.67 pulley. 91oct is the only thing out here. If I do the 10% it'll go with a 2.8? Or do a 2.5 pulley. Other mods would be Cj 123cai, 2013 injectors new tune & rxt clutch.
Appreciate any advise thanks

I put a BPS 2.4 on my Trinity TVS and have all the power and smiles I could ever want. A 2.4 pulley is much more cost effective than installing a 10%.
My Boost hit 19 pounds with the 2.4.
Tuned on a DynoJet on 94 Octane I put down 675 RWHP and 645 RWTQ.
66 L&M TB, 127 JLT and BAP.

Throw a 2.4 on there and it will be all you'll need for pump gas. Easy swap opposed to the pain it would be messing with the lower, imo. Yes, the lower will add more torque but once your at 650/650 is that really going to help you?

On a side note I would ditch the cats once you pulley it either way. It will lower boost and breathe better, if you need to pass inspection it can be swapped out in your driveway on ramps in about an hour.

For me.... because I live in CA(91 octane) and had and 07..... I went ahead and did the IW 10% lower and 2.8 upper which I thought would net me 16-17psi. I had to get rid of the sock boat anchor balancer on my 07 so it was an easy choice for me. It is so snappy with this combo.... I cant wait to add good gas and throw a small pulley on it. It actually made 17 psi which is right were I wanted it with stock exhaust. Made 660whp and 610rwtq & makes me smile everytime I drive it.

I'm assuming you have a Tvs on your 07?
What are your fuel mods?

Better off just doing a 2008+ lower damper and a smaller supercharger pulley. 91 octane and a 10% OD and 2.8 or smaller can present problems. Especially with a car with no knock sensors and/or commanded wide band O2 sensors.
