Anyone have any experience with the 4r70w swap? I am wanting to toss the auto in my 99 eaton swapped cobra for my wife. I was thinking manual valve body but would like to keep the auto shift function for her. The car make 420 to the tire so I know a stock 4r will live behind it. I have the trans, convertor and most of the trans harness out of 96gt. Will I need a mach1 auto ecu or gt auto ecu and load my cobra tune in it? I have searched around the forums and haven't come up with much except being told to "search or teach the wife to drive stick"
