I just got some new Toyo R888 and chrome SVE 17x9,17x10.5 wheels delivered today. Any recommendations for the best place near me to get tires mounted and balanced? I'm in Assonet 02702.
Kelly's Tire Barn in Middleboro or Bill's Tire Barn W. Bridgewater?Tire Barn?
OK thanksI am not from the area but know around here (Indiana) Tire Barn is the choice of a couple of picky guys I know. I know they did a good job on my new set of rims a couple of years ago.
I live in freetown. Go to Tremont tire In Carver. Tell him mike with the cobra sent you. Great guy and is the only person I trust to mount my tires. He has mounted every size tire you can think of. He will be doing my 315's when spring rolls around.I just got some new Toyo R888 and chrome SVE 17x9,17x10.5 wheels delivered today. Call around and find a tire shop that has a roadforce balance machine. Usually dealerships have them.Any recommendations in CT? I just bought 4 new wheels (Detroit Wheel) with tires and I have a vibration at 55-65. It's a pulsating vibration where it rises and falls at a set speed. I'd like to find a good shop to see if it's a balancing issue. The wheel documentation shows the balancing was done correctly, but what I'm feeling/experiences says otherwise. I'd rather take it to a shop with a good reputation for both balancing/diagnosing issues/being careful with the wheels.
