Bought and installed on my 2010 GT500 since it was fairly cheap ($69) and I needed some other parts anyway. Is this just another gimmick or does it really do something? I left the stock one on too so I don't see why this would be an improvement over the factory one.

If you have the factory one still on you are good. I added one because i run a BMR K member and BMR A arms. The factory one no longer worked on my car. Personally it made a difference with it than without it. Now you only notice when making the car handle. You likely will never notice on the drag strip or normal street driving.
