well its a friends truck and its got a jlp built block with the new xr heads and cams. It's running a kb 2.6 with a jlp powerpipe, stock 90mm maf with a mafia. Its got dual walbros with a custom fuel system, that is workin fine in my truck. It simply wont go below high 13's a/f. fuel pressure is about 40 idling and it goes pretty close to 60 when getting on it. Anybody had this problem or something similar? We've been adding fuel on the tune and it doesnt seem to be making a difference.

its got 60# injectors, and it does have a aeromotive regulator. Fuel pressure seems about right. What are you guys seeing?

I thought 50 should be where it sits around idle, and 60 at WOT?

lightning666, also check for vaccum (sp??) leaks. if it idles great, chances are there are no leaks but its worth checking.

Exactly how much fuel have you added, whats your base fuel at and what did you add tot he MAF Xfer? Did you start with a SCT base value file? What is your MAFia set at? What type/size of intake is your MAF placed in? Is it the stock Ford 90mm MAF? Have you tested for vacuum leaks? What does the fuel system consist of, other than the 255's and 60# injectors, (rails, lines fittings, regulator, filter etc.)?

I like to see about 39.5 to 45psi max at idle on a regular type setup, 60-65psi at WOT. FFS

mafia is on setting 2, and the maf is in a jlp powerpipe. fuel system consists of 2 walbros, aeromotive regulator, aeromotive rails. Its 2x 6an lines coming out of the tank into a Y and then a single 8an line to the rails, then a 6an return line. This setup seems to be working fine on my truck. the only difference is mine has the metco rails.
