bonuses lol.

Our bonus was not shutting down the plant from the 26-30th without pay, though we may still shut down the 26th.

Bonuses are a huge if in my company and is normally based off your locations performance, but if we do get one it's in the form of a second payroll check.

We get to cash out 2 weeks of eto right before Xmas. All other eto goes away at the end of the year if not used (I have at least 200 hours). I'm not on call for Xmas or new years but work pretty much every day but those two days

Oil and Gas, IT|network Engineering side. Yearly bonus is in March but Christmas bonus is usually decent amount of stock and you're entered in a drawing to win a Natural Gas powered Tahoe in your color of choice. I never win.

Could probably by one with the yearly bonus though.

dot com apparel printing company, I've been there about a year and a half and manage the digital production department. Ours was added onto our last check and bonuses varied by department and management was awarded based on performance. We have about 60 employees.

Banking. We got 4% this year. Lowest we have had in as long as I can remember. I have been there 29 years. We have been used to 6 % + but this year they said we were lucky to get what we did. The bad thing is we have had no raises in almost 4 years and have always been told either raises or Christmas bonus. I'd much rather have the 6% Christmas bonus because when they have given raises, only certain few got great ones.

My last job, everyone got 500$ gift card of your choice. That was with a small engineering firm (500+-).

I've only worked for XXX since the end of January so I haven't got one yet. They don't do bonuses until after the new year which kind of sucks but what ever. I am in Information Systems, Network Administration and tier III desktop support as a IT specialist II. From what I hear it really depends on your performance, etc. From what I hear, usually the min. in my position is between 2-5k bonus but I'm not counting on anything. It seems to be the norm for large corps. to blame the economy for lousy bonuses and raises now.

Bonuses come in March, no Christmas bonus unless you count the 1.5 weeks of paid "Winter Break" :)

What bank do you work for, if you don't mind me asking?

No bonus for us. Used to up until about 6 years ago. The bonus was no more than $250. Didn't care about it then or now.

Well driller for an environmental and engineering company. 16+ years.

In the 5280'
direct deposit on 18th of January +/- a day or two if it falls on a weekend.

digital animator (contract employee). 2 years.

I won't give an exact number, but it's 5 figures, and well above the teens, but less than 30. enough to get me out of debt, with exception to student loans, and still leave a nice pile in the bank.

only suck to it, is the 1099 form I gotta file with taxes....:nonono:

but getting work done early = $$,$$$ so I ain't mad!

My bonus is usually only 300-500. That's fine though. Every little bit helps. It's based on my chargeable time.
