Cobra R engine swap

So I have recently bought at ‘96 cobra and have been revisiting the past (and my youth)
Fortunately have more opportunities to modify the car than I had in my youth and was debating on a FR500, 03/04 Cobra head, NA type build.

BUT… I have ran across a 2000 cobra r engine or two now. What all is needed to swap these engines??? What are some of the challenges associated with doing so aside from cost?

Really just hood clearance and tuning if you already have a 4v 4.6. A lot will carry over. Also if you have an extra R engine let s brother know because I’d like to buy that off of ya.
