100% agree with this^^If you use the original dip stick the oil will be below the seam where the pan and block meet and below the crank. Our motor has the crank not swinging below the block. Since the crank can’t airate the oil if it’s below the block / oil pan line you can fill it to the normal dip stick’s reading without issue. Since the oil line is below the pan gasket there should not be a leak just from having ‘too much oil’ (pan should be sealed properly anyways).
