I was looking around and I am able to find a bunch of wheels under 300 a piece which is a decent price for my budget, but I wasn't sure if there are certain characteristics I should be looking for if I wanted to put either a drag radial or slick on it. Does it need to be stronger than average or will most wheels do the trick? Race Star seems to keep popping up in a lot of my searches. Correct me if I'm wrong, but all 18s should fit the back brakes, but only SOME 17s will work.
