Mine does from time to time to. It's nothing wrong unless you're having pain with it. There's joints where the ribs connect to the sternum and they sometimes pop like other joints

lol when i crouch down one or both of my knees always crack, its wicked loud too

Jaw
Neck
Spine
Elbows
Wrists
Fingers
Knees
Ankles
Toes
And that place where the femur connects to the pelvis.

I've literally cracked my sternum. But that was from a 300 lb guy falling on me at one point. Damn if that didn't hurt. The doctor didn't believe me until he saw the x-ray.
