EGR Pipe Size

Does anyone happen to know what size the fittings are on our EGR pipes at the manifold/header? I remember them being a bear to get to with a crescent wrench, but don't know the actual size.

I pretty sure I used a 15/16 wrench. The nut down on the headers is the same size as the one on the intake I know.
