The pulley comes with belt and bolts but not the tool for the torque convertor. The belt is a Gates belt... not the best but it works.
The chip was installed from day one with a performance tune. I added the 2# last year and didn't re-tune it and on my vehicle everything was good. Which means if you want both you may have to have it reprogrammed or not.
I want $75 for the pulley and $125 for the chip. Paypal is preferred and you will have to pick up the shipping costs.
Also have the Chrome Box Rails from my Lincoln MARK LT if anyone is interested.
