Pulley and belt selection can be done after the above minimum mods are done.
There are other ways to get enough fuel, but Focus pumps are no longer the "hot set up" it once was thought to be.

how much HP the car should put on tires with stock pulley 3.5" and 3.00" @ pump GAS??

Yes. That is the wiring upgrade kit that you will need.
As for numbers, you should be around 550 (15#) and 580 (19#) with a conservative tune. You could reach 600 on 93 with a good tuner.

Stock Whipple pulley is usually the 3.50" that's what I still run, numbers in sig and mods in sig link.

That's ported blower territory I know but a 2.3 low boost twin screw is much more efficient allowing you to make that same power with less boost and heat than a ported Eaton. Heat is a big deal doing open track and HPDEs.
