DBK, Do you think they will offer the CF wheels and wing as options or do you have to go with the Track Package?
I dont have any facts but I am very hard pressed to believe it wont edge out the 1le. But not by much. The 1le is still a monster

Pump gas to pump gas on the street you are going to loseJust to remind people.

Course nobody has ever gotten those times, ever. But my penis grows when I say them .
The GT500 is going to be a beast. But my Demon with race fuel will walk it.

Ugly. Not particularly fast. Way late to the show for these specs. Will cost more than the competition. Pretty much cements my decision to go marginally used Z06 route.
Lol...no handbrake??And boys, add up all those track goodies and this car will be 90K. MSRP. Just wait.
Look it was a lame as **** reveal. But what really sucks is the loss of handbrake and that lame ass Ford Fusion rotary dial for gear select. Other than that, it's awesome. Just wait for the price. Gonna shock a lot of people.
Literally fastest Mustang ever produced, at least as fast in a straight line as the most expensive Corvette you can buy.
Other than that, not that fast.
Don't bother fixating on the PR shit. You'll forget that in a few weeks. This is just how they do it.
The point is, what would you think if you were just told there was a Mustang that:
- Ran 10s in the 130s, repeatably, stock
- Was legitimately track ready in terms of cooling capability despite having a 2.65 TVS
- Had a proper legitimate DCT that was better than the DCT in a lot of supercars
- Was available with exposed CF wheels and wing
- Had some of the most monster brakes ever put on a sports car
Pretty decent Mustang. This car is kind of a GT2 RS to the GT350R's GT3 RS, but with an even bigger hardware disparity.
If you're a track guy, this will be a great car to hustle, and it will indeed hustle. It's just heavy.
If you care about going in a straight line, it's pretty fast as it is, but it's a very good platform to start with. I mean really, regardless of what the engine gets sold at, it's capable of making a lot of power. With a DCT and real tires, it will fly in a straight line too.
