Liberty's Gears uses/recommends Synchromesh in T56, even those with carbon-fiber blocker rings
Some synthetics have been blamed for glazing of said rings because they're so 'slippery' that blockers can't grab like they're supposed to and then they don't slow the gears down fast enough to make a solid, quick shift..
Once the friction material has been glazed or contaminated, the problem can continue to get worse even after subsequent fluid changes
