I had a small dent removed from my roof by a guy doing sidework for dent wizard here in Ohio. Since he worked on it the liner in the back (the cardboard and cloth part) hangs down and wont clip or stick to the metal roof. Does anyone know how they attach it from the factory and what I could do to keep it up? Ive tried 2 part plastic epoxy, 3m tape, and a small strip of velcro and they all only last a couple days.

They use a caulk type adhesive and bond it to the underside of the roof.

Check with your dealer and see if you can get the caulk from them. You might also just get an estimate from them. Might be easier and less of an aggrevation (repeated tries) for them to do it.
