How bad is this?

I am finding trans fluid coming from this hole.(see pic) Its not alot.i dont feel much with my finger in there. Is that the trq converter and if so what is leaking?

that is the tq converter, not sure why it leaks. I know when I had an 02 GT there was a small amount of fluid but never got worse and always read full on the dip stick

could be the pump seal on the trans starting to go bad. that is most likely the cause of trans fluid.
