For me.... it was a big step since I really admired the OEM hood. But after 3 years of ownership....

I went with the Trufiber hood (S/S Style) with the vents painted Matte Black and all the stripes in Matte. Added the Scott Drake Billet Hood Pins.

Bottom Line- I'm happy wih the new look!

Note: The hood looks OEM as they baked it 4-5 times before prep!

Thanks guys.... Yes, Mike G's did a fantastic job!

Funny... My wife just called me to say the boys went in the garage to look. And my 5 year old tells mom, "looks the same too me" but the 8 year old said it rocks! LMAO

Looks very aggressive. I like it alot. Are the hood pins a necessity on that hood?

Wow looks F'n sweet man ...were those stripes painted on or vinyl?

stripes came from automorphosis. shop said they're by far the nicest kit they have worked with... Perfect cuts, etc..

Trufiber suggests hood pins on all their stuff. Regardless, I would've had them installed on any aftermarket hood.. Thats just me.. Thanks

Taken just by itself, it looks super nice. The only drawback is that, at least around my neck of the woods, there are a lot of standard GT's running around with that hood.

All that aside, those pictures make me want to strip off my white stripes and go with matt black. Very nice ride, man.

F'n awesome bro! I love it! This is not something that I would normally say, but maybe side scoops are in order to finish the look?
