I'm sure your house isn't encroaching on any easements like some of the houses I've dealt with lately. One house was 5ft in to the 25ft building line and another's 2nd story was 1ft in the aerial easement and they had to cut off a foot of the 2nd story. Some surveyors just can't get anything right...hope your doing well in surveying still.

We really liked that model and it didn't come with 2 car. There were some nice ones with 2 car attached but it took away from the living space. 1 car is fine. I don't even own a car worthy enough for a garage right now anyways, lol.
