All rotor group assembly's are matched to case to insure proper clearance not only radial but front to back, (this has to be done and is included in our porting procedure).
The supercharger must be torqued and sealed properly and clearanced rotor to case.
On a side note, we have done case only, however we can not quarantee or warrenty, due to these complications that can and usually do occur.
