IRS/SRA saw, how long does it take?

I want to go IRS on my mach 1. Assuming you have both cars and all required tools, how long would it take to swap the IRS/SRA between the two? Or how much would it cost to have a shop do it? I guess the MM control arm bushings would be best installed during the swap while the IRS is off the car. How long do all the bushings take?

with proper tools and lifting gear a day is possible...that means no beer or burger runs including pressing out and in new bushings. i dropped my buddies irs in 4 hours then drank beer while he did bushings and brace crap took 3 hours to go in when another buddy showed up. and solid rears are even easier to do IMO. id say grab some friends and do it on your own save the money for more go-fast goodies ....gl with the project
