I had a old wendy's coke from the day before so it was a little bit of coke mixed w/ water. At a stop light I opened the door and spilled it out on the street WITHOUT throwing the cup itself. A cop pulled next to me and did this::nono: Could I have gotten a ticket for this? All it was was coke and melted water?!

I dont know anyone that would have written you for it though.

That is what I think. But you never know, in some states that could be considered littering.

I actually did that one day while working and had a citizen call the station and beef to a Lt. The Lt. was like "Wait so your upset he poured his coffee on the ground?" When she said yes, he started laughing and told her that he would "take care of it"..He was laughing the whole time he was telling me the story....

Ummm...where did it say he got arrested? He just asked if he could be. I know he wouldn't get arrested in PA...
